River Rocks line-up a stone classic
Organisers have announced the line-up for the seventh annual River Rocks festival in the Victorian city of Geelong (aka Gee-troit) and it's a good 'un.
Heavyweight stoner rockers Tumbleweed (pictured), rock royalty Kim Salmon & The Surrealists and Brisbane's peerless HITS head a gun line-up of 20 bands over over two stages at the Barwon Club on November 15.
River Rocks has been one of the best Aussie festivals outside capital cities for some time. Its proximity to Melbourne (less than an hour's drive) means it pulls people from all over.
While there aren't any huge shocks on the bill this year, at $30 a ticket there's no shortage of value, either.
The full line-up is:
Kim Salmon & The Surealists
Sun God Replica
The Vee Bees
The Dukes Of Deliciousness
More acts are to be announced. Tickets are $30 and on sale from Monday, August 11 through Oztix and the venue.
